Return Policy

For products no longer wanted by the customer, unrelated to a warranty claim. For warranty claims, please refer to our warranty policy.

If you made a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We will happily work with you to get the mistake corrected, often without charging a change order fee. If you need help determining what to order, feel free to contact us by email.

Any orders not yet shipped may be canceled and refunded with no fee.

For any orders canceled after the product has shipped, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item, EFG Battery will then give a refund.


1. 10% restocking fee will be charged for the refund. (Cancel before shipping out, NO restocking fee)

2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Return shipping label will be paid for by the buyer.

4. 30-day return policy only.

5. Using the Original EFG package boxes.

6. 4% bank processing fees paid by the buyer.

Details About the 4% fee

A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases, banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees.


Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

EFG Battery will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging. In the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We cannot issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
