Shipping Policy

US: Products are shipped from local warehouses in the United States, Free Shipping. We would ship by FedEx, UPS, or DHL; once we ship out, we would update the tracking info by email to the customer. And typically, delivery time is within 2 weeks.

Other countries: Products are shipped from the factory with Free Shipping. The default mode of transportation is by ship; once we ship out, we will update the tracking info by email to the customer. Please consult customer service for delivery time.

Note: Freight and customs clearance are included in the product price, and there is no need to pay any additional fees. But in some cases, you have to pay import tax.

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard online orders will take an estimated 7 – 14 business days to process and ship from our warehouse. When picked up by our logistics providers, these orders are subject to processing time(s) from said logistics provider that depend on several factors.
