I purchased these home backup batteries for the off-grid power project. Attention to detail was very good for a complete the box ready for-action product. It was simple to assemble and install the batteries into the rack and hook them up to have battery backup at the ready. Secondly, I like the protective shell inside the battery and the wide handle, which is rare but outstanding in its category on the market. The LCD screen and buttons used to operate the BMS system are also very user-friendly in design, making it very simple for me to keep track of the battery's status.

It took a lot of time from placing the order to shipping the battery to Joburg, but even after a long journey, the battery inside the package is still 100% brand new. I think this is due to the company's emphasis on the packaging. I haven't had time to install the battery into my solar system yet, as the mounting frames I purchased elsewhere are still on the way in the shipping. Still, after a brief review of the product's exterior, the cells, and the instruction manual that came with it, I think shopping is worth the money this time.

This is a terrific battery for the cost and it appears to be very well made compared to most of the other brands I have seen. Not only am I very satisfied with the battery, but also with the company itself and their customer service which is top notch and second to none that I have dealt with in the past. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and help throughout the process.

I've only had this battery for a couple of days, but so far, it works great. I bought this one specifically for the heaters as I am using it for my garage in the far north. I'm currently running a fridge and a TV with this battery, and it has plenty of power storage for those needs. I'm debating on buying another to double the capacity. But maybe if it is on sale at a discount, I'll snag a 2nd one of these.

I’m using this batteries now. Best built in BMS I’ve seen. I especially like that I can add more batteries, when the budget allows, without having the existing units affect the new such as the case with lead acid battery. I recommend this product and seller.
